In October 2024, Alba Letts, Director, Collections at Auckland’s MOTAT attended the ICOM International Conference on Museum Storage in Paris.

Over 500 delegates gathered in Paris from 50 countries to reflect on the findings of the recent ‘Museum Storage around the World’ report. Conference discussions focused on the current state of world-wide museum storage, the major challenges associated with it as well as repatriation. To read Alba’s full report click here.
