Commonwealth Association of Museums 2024 Triennial Conference
‘The View from Here: Sustainability, Community and Knowledge’
Hosted by Tamaki Paenga Hira Auckland War Memorial Museum and Waikato Museum Te Whare Taonga o Waikato, the CAM conference invites the museum community to engage on the subjects of sustainability, community and knowledge systems and practices.

ICOM Aotearoa New Zealand is delighted to support this amazing opportunity through the provision of three scholarships for attendance. Each scholarship is for up to $1000 to cover the cost of registration and a contribution toward travel. Aotearoa is considered ‘Country Zone 1’ in the pricing.  

We would like to prioritise support for emerging professionals and to see engagement from smaller museums around the motu, particularly the South Island. This is in reflection of the prohibitive costs of travel to Auckland at the current time.  

You or your institution must be an ICOM A NZ member to qualify for the scholarship.
